AFcomply® is tracking and reporting, simplified.
There’s no escaping the reporting or employee tracking required by the Affordable Care Act. Those obligations are an administrative burden, costing your staff time and energy. And with changes to the forms and the available codes, it can be more challenging than ever to report confidently.
We offer a software solution that handles your reporting obligations from data import to mailing and reporting your data to the IRS. The system also tracks employee hours and alerts you when employees are nearing full-time status.
Let us help you minimize your annual reporting workload and make your reporting easier.

Our company originated because employers needed help understanding and following the provisions of the ACA.
For nearly a decade, our dedicated consultants and compliance specialists have delivered that help. Our tracking and reporting services identify employees nearing full-time status, calculate the appropriate codes, and report the data the IRS is asking for.
Your compliance specialist will walk you through every step of the process, leaving you with the time and energy to focus on your own mission critical tasks.
Services include
Dedicated compliance specialist with year-round availability
Implementation call with specialist
In-house data processing
Dashboard highlighting employees nearing full-time status
Determination of appropriate codes

Generation and distribution of Forms 1095-C
Filing of Form 1094-C and Forms 1095-C with IRS
We have been advising employers since 2012 on the complexities related to the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act.
Our team works with both public- and private-sector organizations to provide information to employers about complying with this law.
In response to the overwhelming administrative burden, we developed our own software solution, AFcomply®, to administer the ACA and to provide related IRS reporting services.
